WHAT WE DO
Upon initial contact we will set up a complimentary survey of your property. Once we have discussed your needs and expectations, we will complete a contract and set a date for your event, most estate sales are completed within one to two days, occasionally three days depending on quantity. We will take preliminary photos and immediately begin advertising your sale.
Our staff will stage, merchandise, research, price and market your items. Turning your home into a beautiful store. To attract maximum buyers, we will take extensive photos of all the items to be marketed. We will facilitate all advertising and provide a caring and respectful staff for your sale. After your sale is complete, we will put you in touch with a trusted third party clean out company to remove any remaining items, making your property clean and ready for sale. All of this is done at no upfront cost to you. We are a percentage-based business. We understand the importance of getting the most value for you or your loved ones treasured belongings while doing our absolute best to clear out the estate.
